Real variant faces: bold/italic shift the primary stack to its installed variant (Context#fonts_for — a missing variant draws the base face's own glyphs, no emulation).

Named font family the text draws through (Context#fonts_for): nil = the primary stack (so every pre-existing command is unaffected), "monospace" → the mono stack, any registered name (Sokol.register_font) → that stack.
