A modal page: an addressable overlay route — the semi-transparent scrim + centered card (Context#modal), focusable/deep-linkable like any page. "A modal is just a page."

navigate(address : String) : Nil

Push an address ("root/settings#theme"). Navigating to a page already in the stack goes BACK to it (the stack is truncated there — no duplicate entries). The fragment (if any) is armed to focus a focus_id:-named widget on the page. Unparsable addresses are a soft warning, nothing changes.
