Egui::Ecss::ElementEntry

One element-override entry of the document: a widget with an EXPLICIT id (serialized as #save) holding a base bag plus per-state overlays, the same shape StyleClass gives class rules. Auto-id widgets never make it into the document — their raw values are meaningless in another process, so they are filtered out on record AND on parse (with a warning).
