Analyzer::Specification::Mitmproxy

mitmproxy's version field has changed shape across releases: pre-3.x stored a [major, minor, patch] list, while modern versions (3.x through current ≥20) store a single integer. A list-shaped version with major < 3 predates the dict-based flow layout this analyzer understands.

Instance-side view of the same declaration. The per-file rescues live on this base class, which has no way to name the analyzer that is running inside them, so a skipped file could not be attributed to a tech. Deriving it from analyzer_for keeps the name written exactly once.
