Analyzer::Specification::AzureFunctions

The Functions host serves every HTTP-triggered function under a route prefix. host.json may override it ("" disables it entirely), but when the key is absent the host still applies api — so a function with "route": "products/{id}" answers on /api/products/{id}, not /products/{id}.

Instance-side view of the same declaration. The per-file rescues live on this base class, which has no way to name the analyzer that is running inside them, so a skipped file could not be attributed to a tech. Deriving it from analyzer_for keeps the name written exactly once.
