Prostore::Adapter::SQLite::Introspect

SQLite introspection. Reads sqlite_master (for table names and the original CREATE TABLE SQL — useful for partial-index WHERE clauses that PRAGMA doesn't surface) and the pragma_* table-valued functions for column / index / FK details.
