YandexDisk::Syncer

Mirrors local directories onto the Disk, driven by a Config.

This is a layer on top of Client, not part of the API surface — reach for it when you want directory mirroring rather than individual calls.

Per source: scan locally, list the remote directory once, upload what is missing or changed (several files at a time), then apply retention. A failure on one file is recorded and the rest of the run continues, so a single unreadable file does not cost you the whole run.
