A handle on work the API decided to do in the background.

Copying, moving, deleting or restoring a non-empty folder answers 202 Accepted with a link to an operation instead of doing the work inline. SDK methods that can trigger that return OperationHandle? — nil means the API finished the job before replying and there is nothing to poll.

Pulls the operation id out of the href the API handed back.

Yandex writes it as a query parameter in some responses and as the last path segment in others, so both forms are accepted.
