default_flock_path

Absolute path to the Flock ecosystem root (the directory containing flock/, flock-tilemap/, …), resolved at RUNTIME (not build time — FLOCK_PATH must be read when the user runs the binary, not when we compile it) from this file's location. Overridable per flock new via --flock-path or the FLOCK_PATH env var.
