CRDoc::Model

Mirror of the index.json that crystal docs writes.

Only the fields crdoc uses are declared. Undeclared fields such as method bodies and HTML summaries are skipped on parse, so to_json on a parsed Root yields a slim copy. Removing a field here shrinks the stdlib cache only after Stdlib::CACHE_FILE changes.

Class methods

strip_generics(name : String) : String

Removes every balanced parenthesized group from name: Foo(T)::Bar(Hash(K, V)) becomes Foo::Bar. An unbalanced ) is kept.
