Non-type entries keyed by owner; nil holds the top level.

members_of(full_name : String | Nil) : Array(Entry)

Every member entry of the type full_name, across sources; nil gives the top level. The array is shared, so don't mutate it.

Type entries keyed by full name, one per source that defines the type.

types_named(full_name : String) : Array(Entry)

Type entries whose full name equals full_name, one per source that defines it. The array is shared, so don't mutate it.
