Semantic checks specific to Cloud Foundry cfignore files.

BUILTIN_EXCLUDES = {".cfignore", "_darcs", ".DS_Store", ".git", ".gitignore", ".hg", "manifest.yml"}

Files/directories always excluded by Cloud Foundry, regardless of .cfignore.
