Mrcv::Runner::Factory

Factory for creating and auto-discovering execution runner backends.

Returns an array containing the names of all currently available backends.

create(name : String = "auto") : Base

Instantiates a runner by name ("podman", "docker", "local", or "auto"). Raises Mrcv::RunnerUnavailableError if the requested backend is not available on host. Raises ArgumentError if backend name is not recognized.

detect_available

Probes host environment in priority order (Podman -> Docker -> Local) and returns the first available runner. Raises Mrcv::RunnerUnavailableError if no execution backend is available.
