Fluxion::Config

Reads YAML profiles and maps them onto the domain model.

Two frontends land on one Profile: the stable profile/os/jobs DAG schema, and the WorkstationProfile manifest. Diagnostics are collected rather than raised so a profile with several mistakes takes one run to fix.
