Modeled on VisaNet BASE I, which deviates from the generic ISO 8583:1987 dictionary in two ways: fields 19 and 22 are 4 digits wide (not 3), and the "Additional Data"/reserved fields (54, 56, 60, 62, 63, 104, 123) carry raw binary/TLV sub-structures rather than text, so they're typed as DataType::B (rendered as hex) instead of AN/ANS.
