Documentation could not be built

The documentation build for this version ran and did not produce anything usable. That is usually a shard that does not compile against the Crystal version it declared.

Reloading will not start another build. A failed version is left alone for an hour before it can be requested again, so one shard that cannot build does not crowd out the ones that can.

The documentation build failed without reporting a reason. It was either stopped before it could write one, or it exceeded the 1500s limit. Documentation is compiled with no network access, so a shard whose macros fetch at compile time is the most common cause.
