Mangrullo::CustomDockerClient

Custom Docker client that supports configurable socket paths.

docr rides a single HTTP::Client bound to one UNIXSocket connection; the Docker daemon closes idle connections and a socket-bound client cannot reconnect ("This HTTP::Client cannot be reconnected"), so the connection is rebuilt and the request retried once when that happens.
