Snapshot

Builds the frozen airdrop snapshot for an address:

  1. pull every out-row (txlist + tokentx) from an explorer API,
  2. dedupe recipients, drop self-transfers and failed txs,
  3. probe each recipient's DFRD balance + code at a fixed block,
  4. decide eligible / holder / unknown.
