Pratt::BinaryOperatorParselet

Inherits Pratt::InfixParselet < Reference < Object

Generic infix parselet for a binary arithmetic operator. The only difference when parsing, "+", "-", "*", "/", and "^" is precedence and associativity, so we can use a single parselet class for all of those.
