MCPC::HttpConnection

This MCP connection encapsulates HttpTransport and JsonRpcSession, adding additional processing and awareness. Usage example:

mcp = MCPC::HttpConnection.new(ECHO)
puts mcp.list_tools
puts mcp.call_tool("echo", Hash{"message" => "Hello, world!"})
