The documentation build for this version ran and did not produce anything usable. That is usually a shard that does not compile against the Crystal version it declared.

Reloading will not start another build. A failed version is left alone for an hour before it can be requested again, so one shard that cannot build does not crowd out the ones that can.

crystal docs produced no output for github.com/crystal-community/toml.cr 0.8.1. Usually the shard does not compile against the Crystal version it declared.
