topology_spread_constraints=(topology_spread_constraints : Array(TopologySpreadConstraint) | Nil)

TopologySpreadConstraints describes how a group of pods ought to spread across topology domains. Scheduler will schedule pods in a way which abides by the constraints. All topologySpreadConstraints are ANDed.
