Record a court filing (a court submission) Kept for older clients; new clients use POST /api/v1/documents/{id}/submissions and POST /api/v1/submissions/{id}/accept. document is the as-filed copy, already filed under the case's matter. Without endorsed a court submission is added (status submitted) and case_number / filed_on are refused. With endorsed (the court's stamped PDF) and filed_on, the open submission of the document in this case (or a new one) is accepted: the PDF becomes an asset of the document and its filed copy, and case_number and filed_on are written to the court case with that document as the source. @param court_case_id [String] Court case UUID, its case number, or the matter number when the matter has one case @return [nil]
