Documentation could not be built

The documentation build for this version ran and did not produce anything usable. That is usually a shard that does not compile against the Crystal version it declared.

Reloading will not start another build. A version that does not compile under the current compiler is terminal, so one shard that cannot build does not crowd out the ones that can.

docs-build: crystal docs exited 62

crystal docs said:
