ActionBot::WebhookVerification

Optional capability — webhook authenticity. Telegram: constant X-Telegram-Bot-Api-Secret-Token; WhatsApp: X-Hub-Signature-256 HMAC of the raw body with the app secret. webhook_challenge answers Meta's GET verification (hub.challenge echo).
