Pylon::Fibers::Blocking

An Isolated context never closes its event loop once its fiber finishes, so starting one per piece of work leaks descriptors on every run. Work that needs to own and block a thread includes this module and is passed to Fibers.isolated which keeps one context per Name for the life of the process.
